About Mansasung
Mansasung sits tucked into 240 Legacy Dr #308e, Plano, TX 75023, offering a surprisingly lively spot for a casual meal or a relaxed night out. The dining room carries an unpretentious energy, a mix of modern fixtures and homey touches that invite slow conversations and adventurous orders. A short stroll from surrounding retail and office strips makes the location an easy target for both after-work plans and weekend explorations.
The menu leans into bold flavors without getting fussy, featuring a mix of sharing plates, hearty mains, and a few clever twists on classics. Small bites arrive with confident seasoning and generous portions, while grill-driven entrees showcase char and depth. Vegetarian options make a respectable showing, and desserts land on the sweeter side of satisfying without being overwhelming. Cocktail choices feel curated rather than thrown together, with a few house signatures that match the menu’s personality. Portion sizes hit a comfortable middle ground—enough to feel indulgent, but not so large that pace and palate suffer.
Service tends to be attentive without intruding. Servers navigate the menu knowledgeably and offer timing that keeps courses flowing. Peak times bring a low hum of conversation and the occasional wait for a table, so timing a visit strategically helps. Online reviews often praise the consistency of flavors and the friendly staff, with many local reviewers noting a dependable go-to for group dinners. Mixed feedback appears around weekend waits and parking during busier evenings, but praise seems to outweigh nitpicks across platforms.
Atmosphere leans toward cozy modern, with lighting that flatters plates and a soundtrack that keeps energy up without drowning out conversation. The open kitchen rhythm adds a bit of theater to the experience, especially when flames and finishing touches roll out in sync. Prices align with the quality and portioning, making the place suitable for casual splurges or planned get-togethers.
Overall, expect a dining experience that blends comfort and creativity. Regulars in reviews talk about favorite dishes and dependable nights, while first-timers appreciate the balanced menu and convenient Plano location. For anyone scouting spots that blend familiar comforts with a few pleasant surprises, the restaurant rewards curiosity and keeps the focus squarely on flavorful, well-executed food.

Authentic Korean cuisine located within the Legacy Central food court. Taste was good and what’s even better was they don’t “charge” sales tax, although probably included in each menu price, with no need to tip or return the dirty plates to the counter. Will try a different shop next time, Sogongdong, the soft tofu house.

My wife tried this place. She liked that they had a half-and-half combo, so she got the Jjamppong (Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup) & Jjajangmyeon (Black Bean Sauce w/ Noodles). Both tasted delicious, but she enjoyed the Jjamppong more. Overall rating is a 4☆.
